VoiceComm’s return policy for manufacturer defective items is 90 days from purchase. Defective item return requests must be requested in writing (cellairis-vc@myvoicecomm.com), and must also contain photographic evidence of defective product or products.
Cellairis locations may request a "stock rotation." This means a store has the ability to exchange products that are not selling, for newer, better products. The following guidelines will be strictly adhered to:
